SkyToll has been operating since 2008 in the field of intelligent transport information systems capable of analysing and regulating traffic anywhere in the world. We are the first in the world to create a solution that combines GNSS satellite positioning technology, DSRC microwave technology for short-range communication, and GSM mobile technology for communication in mobile networks.

Our new branch in Netherlands, SkyToll B.V. will provide solution for tolling collection and traffic monitoring to the local state authority, with focus on infrastructure optimalisation and safety.

Your Responsibilities

• Installing Moveable Roadside Equipment (MRE) at designated locations. Managing and recording replacements and repairs of MRE.
• Independently performing technical interventions in the field. Starting by loading equipment and spare parts in the service centre, either from Tilburg, Utrecht or Meppel (all three sites are possible as your basic workplace).
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the functionality of the equipment.
• Following procedures and maintaining technical documentation for all interventions.
• Occasionally working from Tuesday – Saturday or at night (depending on the battery levels of the equipment, this happens usually 1x per 2 months).

Your profile

• Technical aptitude and ability to solve technical issues in the field.
• Experience in service or maintenance is an advantage.
• Driving license category B – active driver.
• Reliability, attention to detail, independence.
• Basic computer skills (for logging interventions and communication).
• Advanced knowledge of English language for logging interventions and working with software tools, and communication with colleagues.
• Dutch language is an advantage (helpful for communication with local authorities).
• B-VCA certificate would be a plus.
